What are Principles?
A set of principles taken from nature that can guide the design and delivery of high-impact training courses. By cracking the code of such universal principals trainers can design and conduct powerful training programs that have a great positive impact.
Principles have three main benefits:
- Principle provide a clear and convincing proof on why certain techniques achieve high results in training. Without such backing and understanding of why such techniques work, an inexperienced trainer might not be convinced with why he should use such techniques and may discard them altogether or even if he uses any of them may use them half-heartedly with little or no belief in their validity and power and thus not obtain optimum results.
- Another benefit of knowing and understanding principles is to be able to adapt techniques on one's own, which leads to greater flexibility, and even come up with one's own techniques as one gains more and more experience as a trainer.
- Principles are also a good way to check various techniques against to determine whether such technique is valid and effective or not.
