Opening Circle

Starting from the second day of a training program, the trainer should start the day with an opening circle. Participants sit in one circle. Each participant gets a turn to speak. During his turn, each participants mentions what's on his mind. What the participant says does not have to be related to the topic of the training, preferably it would be something personal such as some positive thing that happened to him since the last training day. If no positive things have happened, the participant is still allowed to mention a challenge he has been facing. This helps create a strong connection among participants as well as start the training day in a gradual way.
